SEVENTH LUSTRE

CONCERNING VARIOUS OTHER BENEFITS

FIRST NOOR

Recite the following on the first night of every month after seeing the new moon.

a. Kalima Tayyaba 1000 times,

b. Sura Fateha 41 times. Every single time, begin with Bismillah and join the Meem of Raheem (رحيم) with Laam of Al-Hamdu (الحمد) . I heard this from my Murshid-e-Kaamil, Kaatimul-Akaabir Sayyid Ale’Rasool Ahmadi t, that the Grand Master, Sheikh Sayyid Ale’ Ahmed Al-Husaini Al-Qaadiri t, gave strict orders to read this.

He also said that in the case of bad weather, when the moon cannot be sighted on the first night, then these Duas are to be read on both nights, once for the night of doubt, and the other after the moon-sighting. The benefit of this recital is that the entire month will pass with peace and the reciter will be protected from all misfortunes and calamities of that month. One’s sustenance will be increased (Barakah). He ordered us never to miss this recital.

SECOND NOOR

Run your right palm on your head after every Fard Salaah and recite:

بسم الله الذي لااله الا هوالرحمن الرحيم اذهب عنى الهم والحزن*

This Dua is taught in the Hadith Shareef and my Master always read it without fail. My Master taught me this Dua in my Muraqiba after his Wisaal (demise).

THIRD NOOR

I have never recited any Duas where Jinns were involved or summoned plainly or otherwise. My abstention was not because I did not know the meaning of the words of the Jinn language. My engrossment in other great Duas such as Hirze Yamaani, Chehal Asma, Dua-e-Hayderi, Sura Muzzammil and Banatul Azmah, etc. did not give the time to read them. However, the power of these Duas always made me victorious over these fiery creation (Jinns). Whenever they confronted me, I was deeply engrossed in meditation for years. The Mercy of Allah Y and the guidance of my Masters perfected and protected me from all dangers and Satanic interferences. I was in this state of engrossment for 12 years then gradually I decreased it. There were no spiritual values in transactions with the Jinns, therefore I completely stopped these Wazaa’if. I found this as a waste of time and deviation from the actual goal of Solook (i.e. Divine Presence). I have therefore, written on this subject in a separate chapter. My intention is to strongly advice you on this subject and it is something never to be forgotten. This is a very dangerous field and the confrontation with Jinns is   extremely   difficult   indeed.   This law of فضلنا بعضهم على بعض  superiority of one over the other is constant in this world. Sometimes your may be challenging a Jinn far superior and powerful than yourself. This will result in tremendous loss and sufferings. Generally, the condition of an Aa’mil (Devotee) in this field ends up in disasters and, at times, he loses his Imaan.

Remember that no Jinn has reached the status of the Shaytaan ever since he was rejected from the Divine Presence. The Muslim Jinn cannot reach the Divine Presence by virtue of their excessive Ibadah and devotions. Jinn cannot progress more than the status of pious humans. On the contrary, higher Sainthood (Wilaayat Khaasa)  is exclusive to Man. The Jinn cannot enter this domain of Divine Proximity to compete with man. How then would they possess strength to overpower the noble servants of Allah Y? They can reach the heights of man, but sometimes surpass them in the field of achieving the Tajalli Asma’ee[1] and Tajalli Sifaati[2]. This is limited to the field of Amal and the Jinn devotee are called Akma’laane Ah’maalاكمالان اعمال  . Such an Aamil is unaware of the secrets of Exclusive Wilaayat.

So there are times when the Jinns can overpower man with their power of Amal. One must not think that if the Jinn do not possess Wilaayat or the power of Amal then they cannot harm or overpower you. The danger still exists because of the long ages of the Jinns. The excellence of Amal does not become an estate of the Aamil to be distributed amongst his children after his death. Likewise, there is no guarantee that the children of an Aamil will also be Aamils. In these situations the Jinns outlive you and take revenge on your children and family of the future generations. They will make life a misery and at times kill them. Therefore, my advice to you is that it is best not to get involved in the dealings with the A’seeb and Sihar, etc. Do not read such Amals where Jinns are involved. One may read some Attributive Names just for the Barakah and not otherwise. This is a very dangerous field and one can easily get hurt or destroyed in it. This is the field of selected Masters, so leave it to them.

I have devised another method of removing Jinn’s and A’seeb, etc. There are no dangers in this method and one’s goal can be also easily achieved. When a patient is referred to an Aamil, he should first establish the reason for the problem. Is it due to hatred or love? The love of Jinn for humans is very painful and disastrous because they are created from fire. They enter the body of humans and disturb the internal routine and functions. This is very painful indeed. If the cause of interference is love, then the Aamil must make the Amal of hatred between them and break the relation. Similarly, if the problem is revenge or hatred, the Aamil will make the Amal of love, peace and harmony. Sometimes the problem is witchcraft (Jadoo). In this case, remain within the limits of the Sharee’ah and break the spell or strip the witch doctor of his powers. Device a method to kill the snake and save the stick. These methods have been proven very effective and have been carried out in many cases with success. There is no harm in treating patients with physical sickness and bad eye or vision (Nazr). Cure them as one pleases.

FOURTH NOOR

The best method of completing Khatam of the Holy Quraan is in a maximum period of 40 days, and the minimum being not less than three days. Otherwise, the option is on the individual whether he intends completing it in a week or month. Those who complete the Quraan in a week will follow the Manzil pattern of Fami-Bashooq(فمىبشوق)  and for those who complete in 3 days follow the pattern of Feel  (فيل).

Fami-Bashooq Manzil is as follows:

1.      Day 1- Sura Fateha to Sura Maaidah

2.      Day 2- Sura Maaidah to Sura Yunus

3.      Day 3- Sura Yunus to Sura Bani Israeel

4.      Day 4- Sura Bani Israeel to Sura Shoraa

5.      Day 5- Sura Shoraa to Sura Was Saafaat

6.      Day 6- Sura Was Saafaat to Sura Khaaf

7.      Day 7- Sura Khaaf to Sura Naas

The Feel Manzil is as follows:

1.      Day 1- Sura Fateha to Sura Yunus

2.      Day 2- Sura Yunus to Sura Luqmaan

3.      Day 3- Sura Luqmaan to Sura Naas

Some vary from this sequence. The second day is from Sura Yunus to Sura Room, and from there, to the end of the Quraan.

There is another weekly pattern called Ahzaab. This is a Jalaali (temperamental) method:

1.      Day 1- Sura Fateha to Sura In’aam

2.      Day 2- Sura In’aam to Sura Yunus

3.      Day 3- Sura Yunus to Sura Taha

4.      Day 4- Sura Taha to Sura Ankaboot

5.      Day 5- Sura Ankaboot to Sura Zummur

6.      Day 6- Sura Zummur to Sura Was-Saafaat

7.      Day 7- Sura Was-Saafaat to end of Quraan

The composition of the letters of Suras in this sequence is فايطفرو. There is another method of reciting a quarter Para daily and completing the Quraan in 24 days. This method is practiced by the Barkaati Family Mashaa’ikh of Marehra Shareef and formulated by the great great Grand Master, Burhaanul-Muwahhideen Sheikh Sayyid Ale’ Mohammed Husaini Al-Qaadiri t. This pattern is very effective to achieve one’s worldly and religious desires.  May Allah Y grant us the Toufeeq to make Amal on this. Aameen.

There is another way in which I make Khatam of the Holy Quraan. Each day’s Manzil (sector) starts and ends on a Sura equivalent to a quarter Para.  They are as follows:

1.      Sura Fateha to Sura Baqarah

2.      Sura Al Imraan

3.      Sura Nisa

4.      Sura Ma’idah

5.      Sura In’aam

6.      Sura Ahraaf

7.      Sura Anfaal and Sura Touba

8.      Sura Yunus and Sura Hud

9.      Sura Yusuf and Sura Ibraheem

10.  Sura Hajar and Sura Nakhal

11.  Sura Bani Israeel and Sura Khaaf

12.  Sura Maryam to Sura Ambiya

13.  Sura Hajj and Sura Noor

14.  Sura Furqaan and Naml

15.  Sura Qasas and Room

16.  Sura Luqmaan and Saba

17.  Sura Faatir and Saa’d

18.  Sura Zummur and Sajda

19.  Sura Shoraah till Jasiyah

20.  Sura Ahqaaf till Wan Najm

21.  Sura Qamar till Mumtahina

22.  Sura Saf till Muddassir

23.  Sura Qiyaama till the end of the Quraan.

FIFTH NOOR

If you become aware of the state of those who passed away, keep it a secret. Thank and praise Allah Y if the deceased is blessed with mercies and pray for forgiveness for those who are in pain and punishment. Do not discuss or inform anyone of his or her state. This hint is ample for those who can understand the following procedures and Amal is made for this purpose. Every night[3], recite the following Tasbeeh and offer the Thawaab to the soul of the desired deceased. Then go to sleep without talking to anyone.

Recite Salawaat 11 times. Insha-Allah, the condition of the deceased will be exposed to you in one of these nights. The same procedure can be used to find out the condition of a living person. The state and condition of the specific desired person will be seen in a dream on one of those nights.

SIXTH NOOR

The leftover water drunk by a person is clean and the leftover of a Moh’min (Believer) is Shifa. Always sit and drink water in three sips (3 breaths). The Ulama rule that leftover water of Wudu, the water of Zamzam Shareef, and leftover water drunk by a Believer is to be drunk while standing. It is ruled that Zamzam Shareef is to be taken to an extent that the ribs and stomach swells up. There are amazing benefits in Zamzam Shareef.

SEVENTH NOOR

Once the Aarif, Sheikh Abul-Hasan al-Noori[4] t was asked as to when does one qualify to advice others? He replied: “When one becomes fully aware of the Divine Existence of Allah Y.”

Once, Sheikh Abul-Hasan Noori t saw Sheikh Junaid Al-Baghdadi t sitting on a Mimbar and lecturing to the people. He said to him: “O Abul Qaasim! Allah Y is never pleased with an Aalim until he does not find the Aalim first practicing according to his knowledge. Hence, if you practice according to your knowledge, then hold fast to the Mimbar you sit on. If not, then get off the Mimbar of Sayyiduna Rasoolullah r.”

Sheikh Junaid Al-Baghdadi t heard this and immediately got down from the Mimbar. He went home and locked himself in his room. For one month, he did not speak to anyone and remained locked in his room. He came out of his room after one month and said to the people: “I would have not talked to you had I not heard the Hadith Shareef of Sayyiduna Rasoolullah r. The Hadith Shareef states that ‘Towards the Last Hour (era), the leaders of the people will be the corrupt and shameless amongst them.’”

The learned Sufiyyah and Mashaa’ikh have explained this comment of Sheikh Junaid Al-Baghdadi t. They say that the Grand Master had admitted his faults that he had not fully fulfilled the rights of Divinely Blessed Knowledge, as it should have been. If one does not fulfil the rights of this knowledge then the sacred Sharee’ah does not allow one to sit in the seat of leadership. Sheikh Junaid Al-Baghdadi t was correct by admitting his faults. This is indeed a very elevated state of Imaan, which was the honour of this Great Aarif of Allah Y.

May Allah Y shower His Choicest Mercies on the pure souls of the Lovers. Aameen.

سبحان الله والحمدلله ولا اله الا الله والله الكبر

ولاحول ولا قوة الا با الله العلى العظيم

ماكره الله قو لا وفعلا وظاهراوباطنا

امين ثم امين
